Stripping down to your just undergarments and walking in front of the entire world can be tough, right? Not for this girl. Model Elsa Hosk is to trot down the catwalk of Victoria's Secret stage next month and she will be wearing a lot lesser clothing pieces than the picture above.

Selected to walk on the prestigious runway yet again, the 28-year-old has been exercising rigorously like the other angels. In fact, she confirms adding many more new practices to her regular workout routine just to prepare herself for the next month.

To show a bit of sneak peak she attended the Train Like An Angel event at Flex Studios and worked out live whilst posing for the camera.

The model stripped down to a piece of Victoria's Secret sports bra and tights. This piece of sports bra is one of the brand's most popular clothing item. The starry finishing adds a feminine touch to her entirely sporty look. The bra featured a triple strap front and a racer back.

Her tights on the other hand clung on to her body tightly and gave it a prominent shape. Her outfit of that day perfectly put her svelte figure on display.

She bent, she squatted, she even stretched. The model did literally everything to give us a sneak peak to her daily and changed work out routine. She mentions how she is "stepping up" her workout game now that her big show is just a month away.

"Now that we're a month away from the show, I'm stepping up my workouts." she informed Harper's Bazaar. She added "I'm doing a mix between Barre classes, Pilates, running and weight lifting. There's less of a focus on cardio".

She mentioned "I boxed for two years and I loved it, but it was hard on my back and neck; I was building a lot of muscle in my neck and shoulders, so I took a break.".

She is currently focusing on a mix of other exercises, "I'm doing a mix between Barre classes, Pilates, running and weight lifting. There's less of a focus on cardio".

The model celebrated her birthday this Monday when she turned 28. She posted a picture on Instagram blowing a kiss to the camera while wearing her very stylish cat-eye sunglasses.

She captioned the picture as "Thank you all so much for the sweet birthday wishes,' she gushed in the photo's caption on Tuesday. 'You all make my day, every day. I have the best friends, family and fans in the world!! you guys mean so much to me, I feel so overwhelmed and grateful, cant believe I got this lucky!! All My (heart emoticon) to every single one of you!!"

In her interview with Harper's Bazaar she talks a bit about boxing. "I'm much leaner now—I tend to look really muscular when I really work out hard, which can be great and empowering but then I have to work to slim them down. I really miss boxing though, and I'm sure I'll come back to it."
