She also wore a black top with an elegant red design and a pair of checkered trousers.
In spite of her disheveled outfit,Bella Thorne's makeup and hair certainly were en pointe. Her perfectly styled loose ringlets ensured that Bella Thorne was at her radiant best with jet black mascara and pink blush to compliment her blemish-free face.
Bella Thorne, however was clearly unconcerned about her outfit, as she flashed a wide smile and a waved as she strolled in her cosy footwear and socks.
