On Sunday night Hollywood witnessed one of the most star studded events of the year Critic's Choice Awards.
Actors like Nicole Kidman and Natalie Portman also took a part in the prestigious award show.
But it was the on screen couple Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling who stole the show and won all hearts.

Their musical movie La La Land took the panel of judges by the hook and ended up winning awards in not one or two but eight categories.
What more can they ask for!!
Emma and Ryan seemed to be on the cloud nine as the stars posed and giggled on the red carpet.
La La Land was highly appreciated throughout the evening making it one of the top notch movies of 2016.

Other movies in the battle like Hell or High Water, Manchester By The Sea, Arrival etc gave a head to head competition to this gem of a movie by Damien Chazelle.
Damien Chazelle also won the award for Best Director paying off his efforts and fine direction,
The modern day Musical also took home other notable awards like Best Screenplay, Best Production, Best Score, Best Editing and Best Song.
La La Land was the talking point of the whole event and though the stars Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling could not grab an award, they turned heads with their upbeat chemistry. 😍

The Best dressed award would undoubtedly go to Emma as she stood in an elegant black evening gown by Roland Mouret.
The gown sported a halter neck and came with intricate sequinned work.
Complementing her look Emma had a flawless make up and perfect red lips. 💋

On the other hand co-star Ryan Gosling looked like the ideal gentleman in his dapper Tuxedo. 😍
