First it was Kim Kardashian who got robbed at gunpoint in Paris. Now it is supermodel Miranda Kerr who has been the target of a vandalist!
Miranda Kerr recently returned from Paris to her Malibu ranch where she lives with her 5 year old son, Flynn. Miranda Kerr bought this property in 2014 after splitting up with Orlando Bloom.
On Friday an intruder tried to climb a fence into the Miranda Kerr's Malibu ranch. The model was not present at that time. Miranda Kerr's bodyguard tired to stop the intruder from entering but he got stabbed in the eyes for doing that.
The intruder also got shot several times including once in the head.
Both are receiving treatment in a Los Angeles hospital. The security guard was airlifted from the scene by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
LA County Sheriff's Office said:"Deputies responded to a shots fired call in Malibu. They discovered a security guard had been involved in a physical altercation with an intruder.The guard was stabbed in the facial injury and he had minor injuries.He produced a handgun and shot the intruder three to four times in the face and torso.Neither the guard nor the intruder has life threatening injuries."
Miranda Kerr was not at home during this incident. Her fiancé, Snapchat CEO Evan Spiegel, recently purchased a sprawling mansion for the pair in Brentwood, Los Angeles.
